He has been a monk, Spanish, for 17 years (2006-2023), ordained by H.H. the XIV Dalai Lama in Dharamsala, India. Disciple of Lama Zopa Rinpoche and Geshe Losang Jamphel, his root teacher (Abbot of the monastery of Nalanda, France). Teacher recognised by the Foundation for the Preservation of Mahayana Buddhism, FPMT. He resided at Nalanda Monastery in France for 14 years, where he studied the fundamental texts of Indo-Tibetan Buddhism. Prior to that he practised Zen meditation for more than 15 years.
