Cassidy Sugimoto and Vincent Larivière are two of the most renowned researchers working on inequalities in science worldwide. In this seminar they will present their recently published book ‘Equity for Women in Science’ by Harvard University Press. This is the first large-scale empirical analysis of the gender gap in science, showing how the structure of scientific labor and rewards—publications, citations, funding—systematically obstructs women’s career advancement.
Esta sesión tendrá lugar en formato híbrido, en la Sala de Conferencias de la Planta 6, el Centro de Transferencia Tecnológica (CTT).
